4. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

• Please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may require rescheduling.

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 Hours before the scheduled time.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of emergencies, doctor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payments for consultations, treatments, and products must be made at the time of service or purchase.

• We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or error.

• For product purchases, refunds/replacements may be allowed only if items are unused, unopened, and returned within 1 day (excluding medicines and perishables & Refrigirated Items).

  • Reactions to medicines, vaccines, or anesthesia (unless due to proven negligence).
